Doorstep collection is there so taking out the trash is one less thing to do, and so the community stays cleaner for everyone.
Follow the schedule your community set. If something is unclear, start with the leasing office.

Use your container
Bags go inside the designated valet container, not loose beside it.

Set it out
Place the container outside your door before collection begins.

Bring it in
After pickup, bring the empty container inside by the morning time your community set.
Typical hours
Collection generally begins at 7:00 PM, unless your community posted a different time. Have the container outside before that.
Guidelines
- Securely tied bags only
- Everything goes inside the container
- Do not overfill it
- Double-bag anything that could leak
- Keep the walkway clear
- Bring the container in by morning
We cannot take these
- Paint, chemicals, and hazardous materials
- Batteries and medical waste
- Hot ashes
- Construction debris
- Tires and automotive parts
- Loose trash
- Bulk furniture and appliances
Ask the leasing office how oversized items should be disposed of. Bulk removal happens only when management arranges it.

What time does collection begin?
Usually 7:00 PM, unless your community set a different start.
What if I forget to set it out?
Once the route is finished, a return trip is not guaranteed.
Can loose trash go in the container?
No. Trash has to be in securely tied bags.
Can the container stay out all day?
No. Bring it inside by the morning time your community set.
Will you take a mattress or a couch?
Only if your management team has arranged bulk item removal. Contact the leasing office.
